**Job Title**: Inventory Executive
**Department**: Inventory Management
**Location**: Surat, Gujarat

**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished sarees. The role ensures stock availability, accurate record-keeping, and efficient inventory management to meet production and sales needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Monitoring & Management**:
Track and monitor inventory levels of raw materials (such as fabrics, threads, dyes) and finished sarees to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- **Stock Reconciliation**:
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:
Coordinate with production and sales teams to manage inventory for incoming orders, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- **Warehouse Management**:
Organize the storage of raw materials and finished sarees in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- **Stock Replenishment**:
Monitor inventory turnover rates and initiate timely procurement of raw materials and other supplies to ensure smooth production cycles.
- **Vendor Coordination**:
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate purchase records.
- **Inventory Software Management**:
Use inventory management software or ERP systems to update stock records, monitor movements, and generate reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the têxtile or saree industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP systems, Tally, etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
