**Job Overview**:
The Packaging Inventory Associate/Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels of packaging materials (bottles, tubes, caps, labels, cartons, etc.) to ensure seamless production operations. This role involves tracking stock levels, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
✔Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of packaging materials.
✔Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
✔Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Tally).

**Coordination & Reporting**:
✔Liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of packaging supplies.
✔Work closely with production teams to forecast packaging material needs.
✔Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management.

**Quality & Compliance**:
✔Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards before storage/issuance.
✔Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines.

**Process Improvement**:
✔Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and suggest improvements.
✔Assist in implementing lean inventory practices to reduce waste.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/WMS).
✔Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data tracking.
✔Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
✔Familiarity with GMP/FDA/ISO standards (preferred).

**Soft Skills**:
✔Attention to detail - Ensures accuracy in inventory records.
✔Organizational skills - Manages multiple tasks efficiently.
✔Team player - Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
✔Problem-solving - Identifies and resolves discrepancies proactively.

**Key Skills**:
✔Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

**Education**:
✔Any Bachelor’s degree

**Preferred Experience**:
✔1-3 years in inventory management, warehousing, or packaging operations.
✔Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or Personal Care Manufacturing is preferred.
