**Job Profile**:

- Regularly monitor and update inventory levels for pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and maintain an efficient system for tracking stock levels, ensuring accuracy in records
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Analyze inventory reports to determine reorder points and quantities.
- Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Ensure that the right products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor expiration dates and implement proper procedures for handling expired or damaged products.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to optimize inventory processes.
- Identify and address potential risks related to inventory, such as stockouts, overstock situations, or issues with product quality.
- Implement strategies to minimize the risk of obsolescence or expiration of products.
- Train and educate warehouse staff on proper inventory management practices.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records promptly.
- Investigate and provide solutions for inventory-related issues.

**Education** - Any Graduate

**Requirement -**
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to analyze data and forecast inventory needs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock tracking, Understanding of Cycle count, Audit.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inventory issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to perform physical inventory tasks when required.
- Able to handle work load and pressure
