We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other data management tools.
- Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy for timely reporting.
- Create visually appealing presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint for internal and client meetings.
- Assist in the development of reporting tools, spreadsheets, and databases for various departments.
- Monitor and evaluate business operations by compiling relevant data to track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for decision-making.
- Provide support in troubleshooting system-related issues and data discrepancies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and reporting.
- Perform regular analysis and ad hoc reporting to meet business needs and support operational efficiency.
- Train and support staff in utilizing reporting tools and techniques for better data-driven decisions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an MIS Coordinator, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to present data effectively and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with database management and reporting systems is a plus.
- Good understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the retail branding industry is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
