MIS-CUM-SALES COORINDATOR
Job Title: Executive MIS (Online Platforms)

Location: Jaipur, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area

Reports To: Vertical Head

Salary Range: Upto 4.2 LPA

We specialize in providing eco-friendly solutions across a range of building materials and furniture products. Our offerings include PVC profiles, fluted panels, soffit panels, false ceilings, uPVC doors and windows, etc. under the brand name ‘Polywood. Additionally, we supply modular kitchen and furniture solutions for projects under the brands 'Dynasty' and 'Studio Arezzo'.

Our company is BSE listed. We have 6 manufacturing Units and have a strong Pan India presence through Offices/ Showrooms/ Application centers/Depots in many major cities of the country.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

- Receive Enquiries from all platforms and compile them.
- Efficient Document Control.
- Manage and update sales reports and performance analytics using Excel.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and platform partners to ensure smooth sales

operations.
- Support listing, pricing and promotional activities across online platforms (e.g., Alibaba,

etc.).
- Monitor and respond to customer queries and reviews on platforms.
- Assist in creating and managing content for social media and online advertisements.

Basic Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent Presentation Skills with help of AI tools, pie charts, graphs, etc.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Prior experience with online selling platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising is an added advantage.
