**MIS Associate - Jewlery Design Department (Gold & Silver)**

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Data Collection & Management**:
Gather daily design data from CAD designers for both gold and silver categories.

Maintain a centralized database for ongoing, completed, and pending designs.

2. **Design Performance Reports**:
**Track and report**:
Number of designs made per designer

Type of jewellery (ring, pendant, etc.)

Metal type (gold, silver)

Product status (Approved, Rejected, Modified)

Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports on design productivity and rejection rates.

3. **Gold & Silver Design Segregation**:
Maintain separate reports for:Gold jewellery (karat details like 14K, 18K)

Silver jewellery (925 silver, etc.)

Highlight shrinkage compensation data, metal weight tracking (initial vs final), and design loss.

**4. CAD to Final Product Tracking**:
Track design journey from CAD creation to final casting.

Maintain a rejection/resubmission log with remarks from QC and design heads.

**5. Reporting & Analysis**:
Develop charts (bar, pie) for:
High-performing vs low-performing designs/designers Weekly metal usage (gold/silver)

Shrinkage loss analysis

Support forecasting and planning reports for upcoming launches.

**6. Coordination**:
Coordinate with CAD designers, production, and QC teams for data accuracy.

Highlight delays and bottlenecks in design output or approvals.

**7. Documentation & Compliance**:
Ensure proper documentation of all design codes, standard size charts, and historical records.

Maintain records required for audit purposes.

**Tools & Skills Required**:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP

Strong analytical and reporting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
