**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets.
- Interpret and extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
- **Accuracy and Timeliness**:

- Ensure the accuracy of data through regular validation and reconciliation processes.
- Meet tight deadlines for report submissions.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the MIS database with relevant and accurate information.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather data and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects requiring data analysis.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data handling.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in MIS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and ability to work with complex numerical data.
- Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Experience with accounting software tally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,865.45 - ₹35,000.00 per month
