Job Profile:

- 1) Visit construction projects to offer technical assistance

3) Developing and supervising implementation of and adherence to the Techno commercial management plan.

4) Look into any matter of dispute that may occur regarding quality of our product.

5) Conduct meets with engineers, contractors, Masons and customers with a view to develop rapport with them

6) Handle customer complaints

7) Arrange seminars, webinars, workshop etc to educate the civil engineering fraternities (actually promote brand value.

8) Give feedback to operation department regarding genuine issues of clients.

9) Carrying out tasks such as service promotion, market survey, and analysis of market data under the guidance of the General manager

10) Overseeing the activities of marketing teams to ensure designated tasks and set targets are achieved.

11) To maintain record of proposals & all enquiries

12) Conduct on-field marketing activities to promote products, services, and brand awareness in designated geographical areas.

13) Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing valuable data and feedback for continuous improvement.

14) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

15) Ensure marketing collateral and materials are up-to-date and readily available for field activities.

16) Travel to various locations as required for field marketing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma Civil / MBA - Marketing.

Job Location:

- Dhayari Narhe, Pune.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
