**Job Title**: Graphic Cum UI/UX Designer

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop high-quality visual content including social media creatives, banners, brochures, infographics, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Design branding assets such as logos, business cards, and stationery in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

**UI/UX Design**
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Sound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Familiarity with responsive design, basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹11,642.96 - ₹47,005.83 per month
