**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Should have a strong creative background with hands-on experience in website designing, branding kits, company logos & letterheads, and such like**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.**:

- **Translate client briefs and business goals into user-centric design concepts and solutions**:

- **Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.**:

- **Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.**:

- **Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing results, and best practices in UI/UX design.**:

- **Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, majorly working on Shopify store websites, our in-house website, and other digital platforms.**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.**:

- **Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.**:
**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.**:

- **Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.**:

- **Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.**:

- **Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.**:

- **Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.**:

- **Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.**:

- **Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- **Experience working in an agency or client-service environment is a plus.**:
