Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experience across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interaction flows.

4. Develop design specifications and guidelines to maintain design consistency and facilitate development.

5. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into functional designs.

6. Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve user experience.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

8. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

9. Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

6. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

7. Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

8. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

9. Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and process.
