Job Title: UI/UX and Graphic Designer (Sports Tech & Real-Time Graphics)

Location: Noida Sector 62 (In Office)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to create stunning mobile/desktop app interfaces, website designs, real-time match graphics, and engaging social media content.

An eye for detail, passion for cricket/sports, and a strong understanding of real-time storytelling through design are must-haves. Basic video editing knowledge is a bonus

**Responsibilities**:
Create real-time sports graphics for live matches (e.g., scorecards, player profiles, instant highlights).

Design promotional and engagement creatives for social media (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop design systems, UI libraries, and maintain visual consistency across products.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

Handle quick turnarounds for live events, match-day graphics, and urgent updates.

(Bonus) Assist with basic video editing for short highlight reels, match teasers, or social media videos.

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing app designs, web designs, and graphic work.

Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Good understanding of responsive design, user journey, and UX principles.

Experience creating dynamic sports/event graphics.

Passion for cricket and deep understanding of cricket culture and match moments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment (especially during live matches).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Bonus Skills**:
Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation for sports stats/highlights.

Experience working with live sports production or broadcasting teams.
