Experience: 5 - 8 Years Of Relevant Experience In Accounting, With Hands-On ERP System Exposure.

**Salary**: 30k - 70k

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant / ERP
background, hands-on experience with ERP platforms (such as Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and the ability to streamline processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts
- payable /receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.and internal policies.and inspections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
- Implement and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory bodies during audits
- Support inventory and cost accounting processes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Train junior staff on ERP usage and ensure best practices are followed across departments. -Continuously evaluate and improve ERP system workflows and controls.
- Assist in automating manual processes and optimizing reporting capabilities.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in ERP platforms ( Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) **-*Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial compliance**. *
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities**.** - CA Inter, CMA, CPA will be an added advantage.
- Experience in ERP migration or system implementation projects is desirable.
