**Job Specification**:
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking / loan

**Responsibilities**:

- The role assumes complete ownership of Branch’s Gold Loan business and is
- also responsible for Operational / Hygiene parameters.
- Lead overall Gold Loan Portfolio growth.
- Equally responsible for portfolio management by the acquisition of new portfolio customers and
- enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products
