We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven telemarketing representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in order to generate leads and drive sales for our insurance and mutual fund products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and provide information on our insurance and mutual fund products.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with interested clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively communicate with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven track record in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance and mutual fund products is a plus.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
