Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding set targets for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and revenue generation through effective telemarketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Initiate outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients, educating them about our diagnostic services and generating interest in our offerings.

**Target Achievement**: Work diligently to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointment scheduling.

**Persuasive Communication**: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each potential client, highlighting the advantages of choosing our diagnostic centre for their healthcare needs.

**Conversion Tracking**: Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions in our CRM system, including leads generated, appointments scheduled, and outcomes of calls.

**Appointment Setting**: Successfully guide interested prospects through the appointment scheduling process, ensuring accurate recording of necessary information.

**Follow-up Strategy**: Implement a proactive follow-up strategy to nurture leads that have shown interest but have not yet scheduled appointments.

**Collaborative Approach**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights from customer interactions, and optimize target achievement.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on your telemarketing activities, including call outcomes, conversion rates, and challenges.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
