Job Overview

At Oleria, we are looking for a talented Senior Product and Brand Experience Designer to join our team. As the Senior Product and Brand Experience Designer, you will lead the design of our B2B SaaS Security solution. You will drive innovation in product and brand design by exploring new design concepts, technologies, and trends and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. This involves thinking creatively and strategically, experimenting with new approaches, and being willing to take risks to create unique and innovative design solutions that differentiate the brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create an effortless experience for our customers to get to the aha moment.

**Key-Responsibilities**:

- Lead and own end-to-end design process of product features and iterations, drive design requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to help teams determine the design direction for delivery.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and milestones.
- Work closely with product managers on your team to define concepts and tactical deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop design solutions and ensure seamless implementation of hi-fidelity designs.
- Champion design thinking philosophy throughout the organization.

**Job Requirements**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and proven business impact.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Experience designing data visualizations or interactive graphs is a plus.
- Additional experience in B2B SaaS Security solutions is a plus.
