**Junior Designer Cum Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual who combines interior design expertise with excellent sales skills to join our team. The Junior Interior Designer cum Sales Executive will collaborate with clients to design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while promoting and selling our products and services. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills to meet client needs and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interior Design**:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.

2. Create detailed design concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings.

3. Source materials, finishes, and furniture while ensuring quality and alignment with design vision.

4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.

5. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design adherence.

**Sales**:
1. Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

2. Present design proposals and pitch products or services to clients.

3. Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and project timelines.

4. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
6. Going & visiting the brokers.
7. Helping in the leads management & Enquiry management.
8. Meeting potential associates for tie-ups & collaborations for Business.

**Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Skills:

- Time management and organization.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.

Experience : Min 1 year in the relevant field

salary : 20000 onwards
Communication : Excellent communication in English & Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
