Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop campus recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to enhance our campus recruitment efforts.

Plan, coordinate, and execute campus events such as career fairs, workshops, information sessions, and interviews.

Represent the organization professionally at campus events and engage with students to promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in campus recruitment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).

Proven experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse student populations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing campus events.

Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
