We are Hiring EHS Officer for a well known Residential and Commercial Projects construction company based at ahmedabad.
- **Job Title** : Safety Site officer
- **Department/Function**: Safety
- **Reports To** : Project Manager/HOD Safety Department
- **Objective** : Ensure minimum safety standard at project site and provide safe work environment to workers at project site and labour camp.

**Key Responsibilities At project Starting**
- Prepare site safety plan.
- Provide hygiene accommodation to worker.
- Thoroughly understanding of clients EHS plan.

**During the Project**
- Implement good safety practice at project site.
- Inspection of safety PPE on regular basis or routinely.
- Conducting TBT of workers on daily basis.
- Give induction to newly join workers.
- Inspection of heavy equipment on regular basis.
- Inspection of electrical equipment on regular basis.
- Full fill client compliance and preparing Job Hazards Analysis.
- Preparing record statement of accident and taking precaution to avoid in future.
- Conduct Job Specific Training
- Highlight and escalate all safety related issues to HOD and Management
- Audit the other site in the perspective of ISO
- Ensuring healthy work atmosphere for workers.
- Conducting mock drill and give training to workers.
- Preparing MIS report and submit to Project manager & HOD.
- Conducting motivational program for workers.
- Giving first aid treatment to injured workers.
- Safety week celebration on every year.
- Implementation of work permits at project site.
- Conducting safety walk on weekly basis.
- Attending safety committee meeting once a month.

**After Site Closing**
- Getting safe man hour certificate from client.
- All types of safety related records shall be maintained during the project and submitted to HO

**Other Key Requirements**
- HIRA
- SOPs - Safe Operation Procedures
- MIS preparation
- Site safety manual/ Emergency response plan preparation
- ISO documents
- Training and Tool box talk for workforce
- Risk assessment
- Communication skill
- Accident reporting
- Good presentation skill
- Knowledge of EHS field

**Qualification**
- Minimum Advanced diploma in Industrial safety (ADIS)
- Post Diploma Industrial safety (PDIS)

**Experience**
- 5 years in Safety in construction industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
