**About the role**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least five years of related experience, required; OR Associates degree with PDIS / ADIS coursework plus a certified quality engineer certificate required.

To ensure that EHS management aspects are handled at corporate and site level by extending additional responsibilities to existing management staff.

EHS person at the corporate level who would be responsible for dedicatedly managing the EHS aspects related to the business.

**Responsibilities**: Working with Electrical Design team to establish Quality check and assurance during throughout project from begin to hand-over for the EVs (B2B & B2C) business:

- Develop EHS models for organization as per compliance of govt guideline and industrial standards.
- Develop Emergency response and risk analysis models and activities co-ordination with team for B2B & B2C business.
- Facilitates planning and development of EHS systems for specified workflow processes.
- Collaborates with representatives from various functional groups assigned to the program including other functional department staff to achieve overall need and compliance at organization level.
- Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists to ensure customer and division EHS requirements are met.
- Coordinates and performs risk analysis for EHS models.
- Ensure EHS relevant documentation for internal and external audit up to the mark.
- Identifies the root cause of EHS for modifications or other corrective actions as applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
