**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Assist in **implementing and monitoring EHS policies** to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct **safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments** to identify potential hazards.
- Support compliance with **OSHA, ISO 45001, and local safety regulations**.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)**.

**Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness**:

- Conduct regular **fire safety drills, emergency response training, and evacuation procedures**.
- Assist in inspecting and maintaining **firefighting equipment, alarms, and emergency exits**.
- Support in investigating **incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases**, recommending corrective actions.

**Environmental Compliance**:

- Monitor waste disposal, pollution control, and environmental sustainability measures.
- Ensure adherence to **ISO 14001 and other environmental regulations**.
- Assist in reporting and maintaining environmental compliance documentation.

**Training & Awareness**:

- Conduct **EHS training sessions** for employees and contract workers.
- Promote a **safety-first culture** by organizing toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Maintain records of training attendance and effectiveness.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of **incident reports, safety audits, and compliance documents**.
- Assist in preparing **EHS reports for management and regulatory authorities**.
- Keep track of changes in **EHS laws and standards** to ensure compliance.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in EHS roles, preferably in a **manufacturing or industrial setup**.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Good knowledge of **fire safety, health regulations, and environmental compliance**.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
