**Role Overview**

We are looking for an **Executive - Partnerships & Growth** to coordinate with gyms, government departments, and law enforcement agencies, driving growth through partnerships, agreements, and effective follow-through. This is a high-energy role requiring strong communication skills across English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Government & Law Enforcement Liaison**:

- Coordinate with state and central government departments, including police and law enforcement academies.
- Support PPP (Public-Private Partnership) initiatives with proposals, agreements, and follow-up.
- **URJA Inside (Gyms) Engagement**:

- Engage with gyms and fitness partners to introduce URJA Inside programs.
- Support agreements, onboarding, and relationship management with gym partners.
- **Business Development Support**:

- Set up meetings with stakeholders across gyms, government, corporates, and CSR partners.
- Track proposals, agreements, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Provide inputs to the digital marketing team for campaigns related to gym and government partnerships.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Background in **business development, partnerships, or program coordination** (fitness/wellness experience is a plus).
- Strong interest and passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada**.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with government bodies or corporates.
- Agility in learning and delivery, aligned with our values of **Authenticity, Agility, and Abundance**.
