**Our journey**
- We raised $2 mn at an idea-stage in December 2019 from Sequoia Capital’s Surge program, and marquee investors like Naveen Tewari (InMobi Group), Kunal Shah (CRED), Shradha Sharma (YourStory) and many more. Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown leaps and bounds:

- 270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, 9stacks, Mamagoto, Eat.Fit, SMOOR
- Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA) and others
- Launched a $30 mn fund in December 2021

Role description

Building partnerships with e-commerce/logistics marketplaces, payment gateways etc to strengthen Klub's portfolio

What does an ideal day look like?

1. Research:
a) Competitor rewards and how can we scale that for Klub’s portfolio of brands

b) Partners: creating an exhaustive list of partners / PoCs for referrals

2. Active coordination & leading calls and meetings with potential partners
- 3. Building a repository for potential partners and updating status for each
- 4. Maintaining weekly cadence with the business & growth team to share updates on each partnership track
- 5. Reaching out to the team for any support including making warm connects
- 6. Making a repository of marketing collaterals and working closely with the marketing team to build those out
- 7. Coordination with business, content marketing & social media teams

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales & partnerships
