We are looking for a highly reliable and dedicated **LED Technician** to assist with the overall operations, maintenance, and support of our Stages. From ongoing maintenance to real-time technical support, they must be able to work with numerous teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, to solve urgent, complex technical problems in high-pressure situations.

**What we are looking for**
- 4+ years experience in the cinema or broadcast technical services industry
- Knowledge of basic A/V signal flow, LED displays, projection systems and audio-visual systems
- Excellent trouble-shooter to diagnose and solve issues in complex integrated systems of computers, video recording systems, software, and other sensor-based systems
- Must be technologically and detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner
- Conventional and automated LED lighting technical skills are a plus
- Physical stamina and comfortable working at higher elevations (example, 30+ feet climbs)
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt to changing priorities in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Those who can accommodate a fluctuating schedule that may include evening or overnight shifts and weekend work
- Assembling, operating, supporting and maintaining the upkeep of LED displays, processors, and virtual production systems, including machines, cabling and AV signal flow at the Stage
- Assisting with setup of all Stage equipment, including workstations, monitors, networking and motion capture systems
- Working closely with the rest of the on-set VFX team to configure the walls for different setups
- Cross-functional collaboration with technical support, partners, clients, and others to meet the needs of the company and clients
- Participating in any required client or market-specific training, calls, meetings, etc.
- Maintain accurate records for assets, appliances, maintenance logs and preventive maintenance
- Serving as a front-line support representative of Qube on the field to clients, vendors, and other partners

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
