**Position Overview**: As an Anchoring Trainer for “Curiosity Learners,” you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs to individuals eager to learn about anchoring principles and techniques. Leveraging your expertise in broadcast journalism, on-camera presentation, and public speaking, you will guide curiosity learners through practical exercises, mock newscasts, and personalized coaching sessions, empowering them to become confident and articulate anchors. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping learners develop their unique on-camera presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured training modules covering anchoring fundamentals, including voice modulation, pronunciation, diction, teleprompter operation, and on-camera performance.
- Design interactive and hands-on learning activities, such as mock newscasts, breaking news simulations, interview exercises, and live reporting drills, to facilitate skill development and practical experience.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to learners, offering support, guidance, and constructive critique to help them refine their anchoring skills and enhance their on-camera presence.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops on broadcast journalism ethics, industry standards, and on-air etiquette, fostering a deep understanding of the responsibilities and challenges of anchoring.
- Incorporate real-world news stories and current events into the curriculum to provide learners with relevant and timely examples of anchoring practices and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in broadcast journalism trends, digital media technologies, and on-air presentation styles, and integrate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
- Organize guest lectures, industry panels, and networking events to provide learners with insights into the field of broadcasting and opportunities to connect with media professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and professional growth among learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a news anchor, reporter, or broadcast journalist, with a strong background in on-camera presentation and public speaking.
- Proven track record of successful anchoring instruction, with experience teaching learners of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast journalism principles, ethics, and practices, with a commitment to accuracy, fairness, and impartiality in reporting.
- Familiarity with teleprompter operation, studio production techniques, and on-air performance coaching.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
- Teaching certification or relevant professional credentials are desirable.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
