**Job Title**: Video Editor - Trainer

**Position Overview**: As a Video Editing Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs to individuals eager to learn about video editing techniques and tools. Leveraging your expertise in video editing, you will guide curiosity learners through hands-on projects, practical demonstrations, and real-world examples, empowering them to create compelling videos with confidence and proficiency. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends in video production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured training modules on video editing fundamentals, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), techniques (e.g., cutting, pacing, transitions), and storytelling principles.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to learners, offering support, feedback, and creative insights to help them develop their editing skills and artistic vision.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in video editing software, techniques, and trends, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum to ensure its relevance and currency.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and fellow trainers to continuously improve training materials and methodologies, incorporating feedback, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching strategies and content delivery as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and mutual support among learners.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for learners as they explore opportunities and challenges in video production, offering insights, advice, and guidance based on your own experiences and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing, with expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in editing techniques and storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, preferably in a media-related field, with a passion for education and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and provide constructive feedback to learners of varying skill levels.
- Strong creative and artistic sensibilities, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of cinematography principles.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) and knowledge of color grading techniques is highly desirable.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
