Job description:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in legal research
- Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision.
- Support senior legal staff in litigation in documentation.
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and reports.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing legal files, managing legal databases, and maintaining records.
- Participate in client and team meetings, offering input when applicable.
- Fill up data entries in Companies Software
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- must be semi qualified company secretary
- Experience : min 1 year
- Research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
