**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production Supervision: Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Workforce Management: Supervise production teams, assign tasks, and ensure workplace discipline.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and other industry standards for quality and safety.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with inventory teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods availability.
- Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor machinery operations and coordinate maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure factory workers follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production logs, prepare reports, and analyze operational performance.

**Requirements**:
✔ Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3+ years of factory operations experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or FMCG manufacturing.
✔ Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
