- To manage the maintenance of the school buildings and grounds, ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the schools' infrastructure
- Managing all Facilities and Maintenance activities of the school.
- Overseeing the daily administrative activities of the school.
- Managing & supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, ground and security staff to get required tasks done on time and effectively
- Ensuring safety of people and equipment through an integrated Safety Management & Preventive Maintenance approach which focuses on people, infrastructure, equipment, process, facilities and technology.
- Conduct risk assessments periodically and enforce preventative measures.
- Coordinate all transportation activities and vendors to ensure timely and safe transportation.
- Assist with Asset Management and infrastructure work, as required
- Liaison with government agencies and external stakeholders for various purposes as needed from time to time
- Ensure that minor repairs of civil and electrical nature are carried out at the earliest.
- Ensure that electricity and water supply lines, fittings such as tubes, bulbs, fans, switchboard, taps, etc. remain operational all the time.
- Ensure that plumbing and electrical fittings and fixtures are maintained and in working condition.

**Educational Qualification**:
**Any graduate degree.**

**Experience**:
**Min. 3 years**
