**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1)** **Dispense Homeopathic Remedies**:

- Prepare and dispense homeopathic remedies according to prescriptions provided by homeopathic practitioners.
- Thoroughly verify prescription details, including remedy selection and potency.

**2)** **Patient Care (Primarily B2B)**:

- Offer expert guidance and information to homeopathic practitioners and healthcare professionals regarding homeopathic remedies.
- Provide recommendations on the optimal use and dosage of homeopathic medicines.
- Uphold strict patient privacy and confidentiality standards.

**3)** **Inventory Management / Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure a well-organized inventory of homeopathic remedies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and remove expired or damaged remedies from the inventory.
- Proactively monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders as necessary.
- Adhere rigorously to quality assurance standards, guaranteeing the excellence of homeopathic remedies.
- Safeguard the proper storage and rotation of remedies to maintain their potency and quality.

**4)** **Record Keeping & Collaborating with Homeopathic Practitioners**
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of patient prescriptions and transactions, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements is essential for B2B interactions.
- Foster close collaboration with homeopathic practitioners to gain a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and offer suitable remedies.
- Communicate effectively with fellow pharmacy staff to ensure the efficient flow of B2B operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Homeopathic Medicine or a related field.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a homeopathic pharmacy or related role, preferably in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in Hindi and regional languages, with a basic understanding of English to facilitate communication with healthcare professionals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
