**Role Purpose**:
Ensuring proper dispensing of medicines prescribed by doctors to wards and patients, as well as ensuring medicines are stored as per pre-defined guidelines.

**Key responsibilities of Pharmacist are**:

- Receiving indents and dispatching medicines to the respective wards.
- Preparing
- Providing information and instructions to patients about prescribed medicines: How to take, at what time, how many / how much, before or after food etc. and under what conditions should the medicine be stored.
- Checking stock position of chemicals and medicines and checking the expiry date of each item and making a list and reporting to the Incharge.
- Ensuring the work area is kept neat and tidy.
- Reporting breakages, spoilage and breakdowns.
- Making purchase bill entries.
- Receiving newly arrived stock.
- Proper handling of returned / unused / damaged medicines.
- Ensuring storage & arrangement of items in respective places on racks, shelves or in drawers.
- Attending departmental meetings and in service training programs.
- Responsible for compliance with rules and regulations of the pharmacy including the preparation of daily statistics.
- Any other related work as may be assigned to you by the Incharge from time to time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
