Pharmacist Job Description:
1. Dispensing Medications:
Review prescriptions from healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

Prepare and dispense medications to patients, providing proper dosage instructions and necessary precautions.

Verify medication interactions and allergies to prevent adverse reactions.

2. Patient Counseling:
Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, including dosage, administration, and potential side effects.

Answer patient questions and address concerns about medications.

Provide advice on over-the-counter medications and health supplements.

3. Medication Management:
Monitor patients' medication regimens, ensuring effectiveness and safety.

Adjust dosages or medications based on patients' responses and laboratory results.

4. Medication Safety:
Ensure the accuracy of medication dispensing and labeling.

Maintain a thorough understanding of drug interactions and contraindications to prevent medication-related issues.

Stay updated on recalls and safety alerts related to medications.

5. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain patient records, including medication histories and interactions.

6. Healthcare Collaboration:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to optimize patient care outcomes.

Participate in healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

8. Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations related to pharmacy practice.

Ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing the dispensing and distribution of medications.

9. Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner through calls and messages.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
