_**Inventory and KIT Incharge**_in leading OEM, with proven experience in inventory management and issuing KIT load by procuring RM from multiple branches, ability to understand BOM, handle Stock documentation, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with additional qualifications like knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

**Skills**:
Proficient in managing Kit schedules as per production needs..

Inventory management skills to ensure accurate stock levels. Report Shortages before hand.

Ability to handle documentation including invoices, delivery receipts, and shipping manifests
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and potentially ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Responsibilities (may include)

Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Seeks ways to improve process, material flow, quality, safety and time bound production. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Competencies**:
Maintaining accurate dispatch records and reports
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse operations

Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
