**Job Duties and responsibilities**:
A relationship manager is a critical role in any business looking to make the most of its clientele. As a result, the proper skills and experience are needed to fulfill his position effectively.

**Duties and responsibilities of a relationship manager will be**:

- Locate and bring in new clients through original efforts or through referrals to improve revenue and increase business productivity
- Continue to cultivate existing business relationships with clients or other outside entities
- Create methods to obtain new clients and take initiative to bring potential clients into the fold
- Handle any problems that a client may bring to the business
- Assist clients with problems that may stand in the way of a business partnership
- Examine data-driven trends in the business to determine ways to refine the company’s approach to clients or the business model

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, communication, or a similar field
- Must have a personality that is sociable and extroverted, as they spend much of their time talking to other people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal ability to solve conflicts.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a big advantage.
- Computer skills are necessary.
- Willingness to travel and meet with clients in person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,408.03 - ₹22,474.76 per month
