- Domain Trainee_
- Responsibilities_
- _Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality_
- _Acquire data from provided sources_
- _Interpret data and analyze results_
- _Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators_
- _Identify anomalies in various data sources_
- _Filter and “clean” data_
- _Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports_
- _Use analyzed data to build reports, identifying process improvement opportunities_
- _Professional experience in sales operations, data analysis, or another related field_
- _Cloud Reseller Operations accuracy & TAT metrics reports creation_
- _Enforce to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices_
- _Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager_
- _Attend meetings set up by management_
- Other requirements:_
- _Availability to deliver training to other associates whenever the direct outstanding requests it._
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (Org62) for creating and optimizing dashboards and reports that effectively track team KPIs, including processed volume and cycle time._
- _Tableau BI Experience: Strong background in utilizing Tableau for data visualization and reporting, with the ability to transform complex data sets into intuitive dashboards and reports._
- _Business Impact Reporting: Experience in developing insightful reports that provide actionable business impact insights, facilitating informed decision-making for stakeholders._
- _Good Excel knowledge;_
- _University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);_
- _Similar work experience preferred;_
- _Work experience with ERP systems (advantage);_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel);_
- _Good interpersonal skills and negotiating & dispute resolution skills;_
- _Analytical skills;_
- _Excellent customer orientation and ability of multi-tasking & tasks prioritization;_
- _Preferred Skills:_
- _ERP Knowledge (SAP, Coupa knowledge is a plus);_
- _Presentation skills;_
- _Good time management & customer management_
