**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruitment Trainee** to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals beginning their HR careers to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives, if required
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (final year students may also apply)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or academic project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
