**About the Role**

This is your opportunity to launch your recruitment career from the frontlines. As a **Recruitment Trainee**, you’ll work directly with seasoned recruiters to learn the A-to-Z of hiring—from sourcing to selection. If you’re curious, people-oriented, and proactive, this one’s for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the **end-to-end recruitment process**: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordination, and offer closure
- Assist in client hiring drives, internal projects, and database management
- Participate in team huddles and learn from real-time hiring challenges
- Represent our values of competence, commitment, and trust in all interactions

**Who Can Apply?**
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal in English language
- Fast learner with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets know-how
- Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in recruitment
- Open to occasional travel for work-related events and business meetings.
- Prior internship or coordination experience is a bonus

**Compensation & Growth**
- **Training Stipend**:₹12,000 - ₹18,000/month
- **Post-Training CTC**: ₹2.4 - ₹3.6 LPA (based on performance)
- **Career Path**:Strong performers may be promoted to **Recruiter** within 3-6 months
- **Incentives**:Eligible for quarterly profit sharing + performance bonuses
