Job Title: Customer Sales Associate (CSA)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and establish relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote products and services to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in a CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales activity and customer relationships
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
