As our new **Intern Procurement,** you will work closely with the Head of Procurement and be responsible for developing approaches and strategy for procuring for Corporate Interior fit-out projects for AsiaPac.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Supporting finalizing orders for materials & services. Sending tenders, preparing comparatives, scheduling pre-bid & negotiation meetings.
- Following up for quotations.
- Empaneling new vendors, vendor registration, vendor performance evaluation, etc.
- Efficient & timely issuance of all orders in SAP.
- Implementation of Rate Contract pricing in orders

This position requires quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- You have awareness of contractual clauses & material costing
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Someone who is available for a period of 6 months.
- MBA holder Project Management, QS.
