**Job Title: Experienced Back Office Coordinator - Sales & Operations Support**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Support**: Assist sales and non-sales teams with daily operations, data management, and administrative tasks to maintain seamless workflow.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support informed decision-making across departments.
- **Client Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries, handle follow-ups, and process orders with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records and documents for orders, billing, and compliance, ensuring all documentation meets company standards.
- **Inventory & Stock Monitoring**: Support inventory management by coordinating with stock teams, tracking stock levels, and assisting with order fulfillment.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance back-office processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, logistics, and other departments to troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment in operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a back-office, operational, or sales support role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other office tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
