We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Sales Coordinator**

**Experience**:1-3 years

**Location**: Chembur

**-Follow up after demo with customers**

**-Negotiate and send quotations accordingly**

**-Co ordinate between sales team and customer**
**- To generate monthly report for sales team**
**- T o maintain a database for leads as well**

**-Have catch up call, if there is any exit client try to convert it**

**-She will be a bridge between customer and sales team**
**- onwards new clients / new business places by uploading necessary documents**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose effective solutions. Quick and practical problem-solving skills.
- Sales Support: Understanding of sales processes and procedures to provide effective support to sales teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Sales Coordination: Experience or knowledge of sales coordination processes.
- Negotiation Skills: Basic negotiation skills may be required for dealing with customers, vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
