-  Find advisors and partners for the agency
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly agency partner meetings, providing a report on the status of the company and its relevance to the competition.
- Establish sales goals and encourage the sales team
- Help managers build sales strategies
- The business manager is in charge of increasing sales and hitting the sales goal
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Age should not be more than 38 year
- Two-wheelers are mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Graduation is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
