**Social Media Executive - Biosphere & Sprutha**

Biosphere & Sprutha is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for taking our social media presence to the next level. You'll develop engaging content, build a strong brand voice, and drive meaningful audience engagement across various platforms.

**Job Responsibility-**
- Manage and develop social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others (as relevant).
- Craft high-quality content, including text posts, images, and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and their functionalities.
- Excellent content creation skills, with a focus on writing engaging and informative posts.
- Creativity and resourcefulness with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
