**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information and guidance to customers and dealers.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and orders.
- Assist in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service, front office, or sales coordination will be an added advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in **Malayalam & English or Tamil & English or Kannada & English** (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

**Job Type**:

- Work from home.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards + performance-based incentives
