**Job Summary**

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join our in-house marketing team. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals and videos that showcase our products, services, and brand across digital and offline platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Editing**: Clean-up, retouch, and enhance product images for e-commerce listings and catalogues.
- **Catalogue & Website Assets**: Design high-quality banners, product display templates, and layout visuals for the Optorium website and digital catalogues.
- **Social Media Content**: Design visually engaging posts, reels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- **Video Creation & Editing**: Shoot and edit videos for product showcases, brand stories, testimonials, eye-care awareness, and campaign videos.
- **Marketing Materials**: Create posters, brochures, standees, packaging labels, and other visual assets for retail and online promotions.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design output aligns with Optorium’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute seasonal and promotional campaigns with effective creatives.
- **Trend Tracking**: Stay updated on design and video trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience with product and lifestyle image retouching.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media platform requirements and specs.
- Photography or motion graphics experience is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in a retail, e-commerce, or eyewear/fashion brand will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
