**Job Title**: Career Counsellor
**Location**: Noida
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timing**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 (based on last salary and interview)

We are hiring a Career Counsellor for our Noida office. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and helping them enroll in the right UG/PG programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students through calls, chats, and in-person meetings
- Promote and sell UG/PG online courses
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful admissions
- Maintain daily call records and manage data on CRM

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
