We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic **Career Counsellor cum Sales Executive** who can guide students toward the right academic and career paths while actively promoting Adimac Junction’s services. The role involves both personalized counseling and proactive sales efforts to meet targets and expand our outreach.

**Career Counseling Duties**
- Guide students and parents on career options, courses, colleges, and training programs
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
- Identify the interests, skills, and goals of students to offer personalized recommendations
- Stay updated on academic trends, admission deadlines, and education policies
- Maintain student records and provide follow-up support

**Sales Duties**
- Promote services such as career counseling, admission support, training, and school management solutions
- Generate leads through online inquiries, field visits, telecalling, and partnerships with schools and institutions
- Convert inquiries into enrollments or service partnerships
- Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleges
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and career events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
