Car Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Tata Motors commercial vehicles within assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Tata Motors commercial vehicle products and features.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure sales progression.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and market positioning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
