**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Location**: Janakpuri/ Connaught Place, Delhi
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Qualification**: Graduation (Any Stream)
**Experience**: Fresher to 2 years
**Skills**: Good Communication Skills, Customer Handling, Persuasion, Positive Attitude

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide product/service information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Achieve monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure resolution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation in any field.
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 2 years of telecalling/customer support experience.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills with a good command of English and Hindi.
- **Skills**: Ability to engage customers, persuasive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- **Attitude**: Positive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.
